USA - Changes in egg production and trade 2000 to 2008

This latest research paper from IEC Statistical Analyst, Professor Windhorst, studies a period of dramatic fluctuation in the U.S, when the value of egg production varied considerably, from $4 billion in 2005, to an all time high of $8.2 billion in 2008.
