IEC Countries
The IEC is the Global Network for the egg industry with members in over 55 countries around the world.
IEC Structure
The IEC structure includes the governing Council, Office Holders, The Executive Committee, and other standing committees which include Production & Trade, Egg Processors International (EPI), Marketing, Economics & Statistics and Membership.
Aims and Objectives
The IEC was established at the second International Egg Conference held in Bologna, Italy in 1964.

IEC Statistical Rapporteurs
The IEC Economics and Statistics Committee is responsible for overseeing the collation, provision and analysis of all the IEC statistics publications. IEC statistics are made possible only through the dedication and commitment of the Rapporteurs in each country which provide the IEC with the core information. The importance of each Rapporteur in providing the IEC with information from around the world cannot be underestimated.
IEC Ambassadors
IEC Ambassadors are appointed around the world to increase awareness and membership of the IEC.
IEC Office Holders
The day to day operation of the IEC is the responsibility of the Office Holders, comprising a Chairman, Vice Chairman and three other officers elected by Council from among its members.
