Tim Lambert took on the role of IEC Chairman in September 2017, at the IEC Bruges Conference. Tim has worked his entire career in Agriculture. He graduated from the University of Guelph in 1983 with an Honours degree in Animal and Poultry Science. He is currently the CEO of Egg Farmers of Canada, a position he has held since 2003. Previous to his role as IEC Chairman Tim has served on the IEC Executive Board since 2009 and as an IEC Office Holder from 2010. Tim also serves on the Board of Trustees for the International Egg Foundation. Before joining EFC, Tim worked in the beef cattle industry for 8 years as CEO and General Manager of Beef Improvement Ontario, a genetic improvement company based out of Guelph, Ontario. Prior to his experiences in the beef industry Tim was the CEO and General Manager of Ontario Swine Improvement and spent a total of 10 years in the pork industry.
