Providing the perfect opportunity for networking and reflecting on the conference so far, delegates and registered companions were invited to a social afternoon in the heart of the Rockies.
This commenced with a 3-course group lunch overlooking the mesmerising Lake Louise for all delegates and spouses in the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise Victoria Room.
From 13:00 All Delegate Rockies Experience, Banff
13:00 – 14:00 Coaches departed from the ‘Motorcoach Departure Area’, located outside the main entrance doors, exit left.
Delegates and registered companions were invited to explore the Rockies, with a scenic drive to Banff, before taking a gondola ride to the Mount Sulphur summit, providing sweeping views of the surrounding landscape.
There was also the opportunity to explore downtown Banff’s shops, trails and local museums.
From 17:15 Dinner in the Rockies, Mount View BBQ, Banff
Guests were welcomed to Mount View Barbecue with drinks and interactive entertainment, including traditional lawn games – featuring a breathtaking mountain backdrop.
This cultural delegate experience continued with a ‘BBQ rustic’ buffet & campfire s’mores, followed by live country music, drinks and line dancing with friends and colleagues.

Savour the taste of Canada! To conclude our shared IEC Lake Louise experience, we invited delegates and registered companions to relax and unwind at the Lodge of 10 Peaks for our closing celebration.
Guests were transported across Canada at buffet stations and entertained by live music – not to be missed!
Attendees could choose to arrive back at the conference hotel anytime from 15:30 to 17:00.
