Egg Processors International (EPI) is a division of the International Egg Commission which represents egg processing businesses from all over the world.
There is a growing trade in egg products on a global basis, and EPI is the ideal forum for egg processors to meet and discuss common challenges and future opportunities.
EPI has its own section during IEC conferences. High-quality speakers on egg product-related subjects form the backbone of EPI conference sessions.
