Booking Conditions for Conferences
Conference bookings are made with International Egg Conferences Limited in Guernsey.

Payment, if not made by credit card at the time of booking, is required either within 30 days of the date of the invoice or prior to the start of the conference, whichever is sooner.
Your participation will only be confirmed once we have received payment in full.
Conference fees are non-refundable. However, should you need to cancel your place, a credit note will be issued which is valid against a future conference attendance for a period of 12 months, providing the cancellation is received at least two weeks before the start of the conference. Conference fees are also transferable to another delegate.
Hotel accommodation is not included and must be booked separately.
Conferences are designed to be attended in full and so we are unable to give discounts for part attendance.
