We are delighted to have so many delegates already booked to join us in Lake Louise. Due to extremely high demand, rooms at the conference hotel, Fairmont Château Lake Louise, are now fully booked. However the below options are available in the Lake Louise and Banff area.

Please note: This is an extended conference, with speaker sessions continuing into Thursday 28 September. Following the final session on Thursday, delegates will be invited to a farewell celebration at the Lodge of 10 Peaks. We encourage delegates to consider this when securing their accommodation.

Reservations can be cancelled until 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Valid credit card required to book & minimum night stays may apply. No block is reserved, all booking are based on availability and rates are determined at the time of booking. Booking three rooms or more with the same credit card will require a deposit of first night plus taxes per room.
